Booking a rental car with VIP Cars is quick and simple. This guide walks you through the steps to search, compare, and confirm the best rental option for your trip.
1. Search for Your Rental Car
Visit the VIP Cars website.
Enter your pick-up location, dates, and times.
If needed, select a different drop-off location for one-way rentals.
Click Search Cars to view available options.
2. Compare Available Cars
Once results load, you can:
Filter by car type, supplier, price, fuel policy, and deposit amount.
View important details like mileage, insurance coverage, and inclusions.
Click on any car to see its full rental conditions.
3. Add Optional Extras
Depending on the supplier, you can add:
Child seats
GPS
Additional drivers
Wi-Fi devices
(All extras are subject to availability at pick-up.)
4. Confirm Your Booking
To finalize:
Enter your name, contact details, and driver information.
Select a payment method and complete the transaction.
Once confirmed, you will receive a Booking Confirmation Email and a Voucher.
5. Bring Your Voucher to Pick-Up
You must present:
Your VIP Cars voucher
A valid driver’s license
A credit card in the driver’s name
