To ensure a smooth and quick reservation process, VIP Cars requires a few essential details from you during booking. This guide explains everything you’ll need to provide.
1. Personal Information
You will be asked to enter:
Full name (as per driver’s license)
Email address (to receive the voucher)
Phone number (for booking updates)
2. Driver Details
The main driver must meet the supplier’s requirements. At booking, we may ask for:
Driver’s age
Country of residence
Confirmation of a valid driver’s license
Some suppliers require the driver to be between 21–75 years old.
3. Payment Details
To confirm your booking, you will need:
A valid credit or debit card
Sufficient funds for the prepayment
The card must be in the main driver’s name (at pick-up the supplier usually requires a credit card)
4. Pick-Up & Drop-Off Preferences
You will select:
Pick-up location
Pick-up date & time
Drop-off details (same or different location)
Optional extras/preferences (GPS, child seat, additional driver)
5. Special Requirements (Optional)
If you have special needs—such as late arrival, cross-border travel, or young driver requests—you can inform us during booking or contact support.
