Jubelio Chat lets you manage conversations from all your marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok, etc.) in one place. Follow this guide to connect your channels and start receiving messages in a single dashboard.
1. What do I need before setting up Jubelio Chat?
You will need:
Access to your marketplace seller accounts
Admin access in Jubelio Chat
Stable internet connection
(Optional) Mobile app installed if agents reply from phone
2. How do I connect my marketplace channels?
Log in to your Jubelio Chat admin panel.
Go to Settings → Integrations.
Select the marketplace you want to connect.
Authorize Jubelio Chat to access your seller messages.
Save your integration.
You can repeat these steps for each marketplace channel.
3. How do I create my agent team?
Go to Settings → Agents.
Click Add Agent.
Assign them to one or more Agent Groups (e.g., “Shopee Team”).
Set permissions (Agent or Admin).
Save changes.
4. How do I check if the setup works?
Send a test message from one of your marketplace stores.
Wait for it to appear in your Jubelio Chat inbox.
Assign the chat to an agent and reply.
Mark the chat as resolved when done.
5. Why are chats not showing up?
Common reasons:
Marketplace integration token expired
Wrong seller account connected
Agent does not have access to the group
Chat permissions not granted during setup
Try reconnecting the integration or checking team access.
6. Can I use Jubelio Chat on mobile?
Yes. Download the mobile app and sign in using your Jubelio account to receive notifications and reply on the go.
