GENERIC: What is Cancellation Policy?

We understand that plans can change! Here's a quick overview of Pelago’s cancellation policy:

• Free Cancellation: Most experiences on Pelago offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled activity time.

• How to Cancel:

  1. Log in to your Pelago account.

  2. Go to “My Bookings.”

  3. Select the booking you'd like to cancel.

  4. Click on “Cancel Booking” and follow the prompts.

• Refunds: If your booking is eligible for a refund, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Non-Refundable Bookings: Some activities may be non-refundable or have different cancellation terms. Always check the “Cancellation Policy” section on the activity page before booking.
