If your Posha cooker isn't heating, mixing, or responding properly, try the following steps:

Restart the device – Unplug for 30 seconds, then plug it back in.

Check for firmware updates – Open the Posha app > Settings > Device > Update Firmware.

Inspect the cooking bowl – Ensure it's seated properly and there’s no food stuck under the base.

Check the error code (if displayed) – Refer to our error code guide.

Submit a request via the Help > Report a Problem option in your app, or

Contact us with a short video showing the problem.
Our team will help you with a solution or initiate a replacement if covered under warranty.
